Now Please try to understand this.Bugs are reported the 
same way in both kinds of testing.U will have a BUG 
TRACKING TOOL(BTT) to report this.Usually Bugzilla is the 
most common one and std one.

In casethe company cant afford a BTT they will use an excel 
sheet for it and note down.but that would be quite a diff 
process.

There are lots of free BTT's avaialble in the I'net.In our 
company we use Bugzero.

Once u find a bug u report it here in Bugzilla.
