"My career goal is to be the top person in 2-3 years time 
and my immediate goal is to gain more experience in this 
field and be able to grow as the company grows." is a BAD 
answer.  If you answer this way you'll be seen as a person 
who's more interested in climbing and not so much in the 
job they applied for.  I'd advise AGAINST saying this. JMHO
