How can a testengineer coordinate with developer in fixing 
bugs?

Test Engineers provides the possible information about the 
bug to the Developers. This coordination is done with the 
help of the Defect Tracking Tool. If required, the 
developer can ask for more information from the Tester who 
filed the bug if he is not able to reproduce the bug.
