Question
My application URL : 
http://localhost:8080/Application/Login.jsp.  When a user 
enter this url in IE then, how it get Login.JSP Page 
exactly? what are the processes will happen from when we 
submit the URL to get Login.jsp?

Answer
When ever a URL is hit the first thing happens is DNS resolution. There is a dns cache at browers level, then OS level, then at router level, then ISP level and global dns server level. Since this is localhost, it will check in browser if not found at OS and since its localhost OS will resolve it as 127.0.0.1

The Application/Webserver running at port 8080 so the request is sent to server who looks for "Application" in root level and looks for Login.jsp.

If the request is for the first time the webserver compiles the jsp and compiled jsp class have a method _jspService. The result of the _jspService is send back to the brower.
