AT THE STARTING OF THREE PHASE INDUCTION MOTOR THE STARTING 
CURRENT IS HIGH IT IS DUE TO AT THE STARTING THE BACKEMF IS 
0.SO BY USING STARTER WE CAN LIMIT THE STARTING CURRENT
