The call center is the place where we recieve the call of 
the customer and call the customer





But the bpo is the organisation where we have some other 
work apart from calling for example we handle the policies 
of foriegn countries .Lot of trainings and dealing with the 
foriegn countrie's companies.Call center is the part of BPO
