In 9.5 We can merge repository files

Navigation:-
Resource menu--->Click on Object repostiory Manager---->
Click on Tools menu----> Click on Abject repository Merge 
tool---->Browse two Oject Shared Repositories which we want 
to merge----> Click Ok.
