Hi I got my H1 b approved for 2008-2009. can i get my h1b
stamped in month on aug? what all documents i rqeuired from
my employer.
please reply me ASAP. |

starts from october first from that date u can go at any
time..bye  |

| Answer | That is incorrect. You can go for interview as soon as you
receive Approval notice, however your travel to US will be
restricted based on validity of you Approval notice.
YOU CAN ONLY WORK IN US after OCT 1st |

I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July
08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book
another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go
for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14
August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08. |

for emergency slot. |
