I am going for H1B visa interview, I am not having
Photos of New company and US company tax returns document,
it is neccesary for stamping process? how to handle the
consulate people without that document ? |

better to take tax return dhoo.comocument.  |

| Answer | it is better to take companys tax returns and photos.becoz
my friend faced the same question and he didnt carry these
documents.his application was kept under enquiry |

| Answer | To work in UK you have take IELTS test which is mandatory
now. With this qualification one can get either unskilled
or semi skilled jobs on hourly pay basis. |

No need to worry about the tax returns documents, just i
have mentioned what we need to carry with us to consulate.
From USA Company:
1. I 907, Only for Premium Processing.
2. I 797
3. I 129
4. LCA
5. Offer letter from US Company.
6. Project letter with details.
7. Project type (Client/In house).
8. If Project from Client we need letter from Client.
9. Tax –Returns , & W2 forms.
10. US Company Photo copies.
From Our Side:
1. DS -156 ( we need to download from vfs-usa.co.in )
2. DS -157 ( we need to download from vfs-usa.co.in )
3. Appointment letter ( we need to book app. Date from
this site ).
4. HDFC Receipt. (visa fee)
5. Pass Port.
6. All Educational Documents.
7. All Offer letters.
8. Pay slips - some cases
9. Bank statements - some cases

Hi i am writting from Mongolia. I am planning to study in
the UK and want to apply F-1 student visa. But few years
ago i visited to the UK and stayed there over my visa. I
mean i was been elligally in the UK. i want to know if i
can go back there with proper visa and study there. |

| Answer | deaar now its realy hard 4 u 2 go over thr and begin ur
study ,,,,,,, u should return bk b4, wel if u wanna go thr
again make duplicate passport and all documents only then u
camn go thr |

| Answer | in case by risk if you take duplicate passport also its not
possible because uk embassy people is maintaining
historical data, exactly i dont know how long they are
going to keep that data, if you appy with duplicate
passport also they can easily find you.

I am planning to go for my MS, its a two years course
worthing some thing xyz lakh rupees, if I am able to show
the above amount in BANK loan do i need to show up any
additional sponsorers.. in addition to the bank loan i can
show 1/4th amount in FD's. I live alone wid my mom, I dont
have any IT tax payer in my family. Can any suggest any
views?? what all questions i will be facing and what am I
suppose to answer. |

some of the univesity does not ask any scores like
gre,toefl then what can i do can i apply for that.or it is
risky for me in the interview.because am not going to waste
my time for gre,and toefl.plzzz tell me abot this. |

| Answer | don't worry abt gre,toefl .u jst concentrate on ur visa
interview.if they ask for toefl,gre then u can show them to
ur university acceptable dacuments and told unv not reqired
this.tell the truth.. say i dont want to wast my time in
this.i m very serious about my study.dont thk negative and
give ur interview with fuul confidence.u will get visa
easly ..all the best...

| Answer | If you are putting education qualification as without pass
in all subjects.
ex: if you are putting EQ as Btech
but you are not passed in one or more subjects in any
of the semister .then you have backlog. |
