i am planning to visit USA. I have  a friend in 
California... She told me that she will accomodate 
everything me when I get there... What are the requirements 
she has to prepare for me to pass the B2 US Visa? And what 
are the requirements should I prepare for my my interview? 
Can you guys give me some tips regarding the interview and 
the appropriate answers.. thanks a lot..

Your friend there may have to prepare the sponsor documents for 
you. She has to show that she can accommodate you when you 
are there. And she may has to show 
1) I-139
2) bank account balance
3) letter from bank
4) her invitation letter to you
5) personal letter to consular
6) Proof of US citizenship
7) payrolls, tax returns,..

Question
My parents and brother with his family lives in New York... 
and i was rejected three times for F1 visa for spring 
2009 ... I m applying again for spring 2010... how can i 
convince visa officers for visa?

My parents have applied me in may 2006 in unmarried 
son/daughter catagory for immegration to US so i want to do 
my MS from US so that when i immegrate to US after few 
years i could get good job and if i stay in India then 
American degree too ll fetch many good MNCs ...

Hi m smaran m applyng for Bridgeport I completed. My btech in 07
after which I works for satyam bpo for 1year n for bank of
America for 1year but I scored 54.98% in engg n 930 gre ang
6bands in ielts so do u thnk I vl get the visa.

Yes Smaran you can get visa even with low grades. There is
no such obligation that you wont get visa because of low %.
But to overcome that you should either have good score in
GRE or TOEFL. Since you dont have and if you are not in the
mood to repeat then search for Universities which do not
require GRE, TOEFL or IELTS and provide with a exception
letter based on your medium of instructions and English
score thru out ur education.
For example Concordia University, Wisconsin, USA provides
exemption letter and that improves your chances of getting
visa with out any entrance exams...
