I believe any individual with the flair for pursuing a
career in a flourishing industry as hotel management should
naturally have a flair for the service department.This is
mainly because as a hotel management student i believe
customer is of prime importance.Hence  i wish to join the
service dept to get a  hands on experience of all what i
have learned during my course, and thereby realize my dream
of attaining a managerial position in the industry.

Chaudfroid is a sauce. Derivative of espagnole sauce. 
Ingredients :- demi-glaze + aspic jelly + essence of truffles + madeira.
Cooked or served with poultry, meat, cold dishes.

Answer
Because this is the only department at where u can interact 
with the guest as compare to other department . so you 
learn every day bcoz u interact with new faces . 

I want to join bcoz to give happiness is in my blood when 
any guest come in to restaurant so  i think only how i can 
give smile to him or her , and when they smile and say 
thanks then at the moment i feel satisfaction from my 
inside and i can say to myself that i have given my 100% 
towards my work.
