There are many differences are there between 1x Rtt and 1x 
EVDO ----
1. first thing comes to mind the channel structure
in 1x RTT there are 4 forward channel and two rev channel . 
but in ev do that channel structure is different . control 
channel and the rest is total data

2. the basic and major difference is 1x RTT is based upon 
CDMA and 1x evdo is TDMA

10 years back in India there was not any Automated 
Intelligent system Which could detect Telecom Fraud and 
Fraudsters, Bun now Many of the software product based 
companies are there who works on that and provides telecom 
FMS solutions. Subex and HP is one of the leading 
industries in Telecom FMS. There softwares workes on CDR's 
and Detects the Fraud and Fraudsters, and there softwares 
are not only implemented only in india, but they are one 
among the world leader in Telecom FMS.

Subex is one of the India based MNC. Which having the 
product Ranger.

mediation is a device which is responsible for the 
segregation of collected CDRs from diffrent network element 
viz switch,SMSC,PDSN etc. 
 Mediation device works as as intermediary between various 
network elements and billing which collects the diffrent 
CDRs filters them depending of the flag contained in the 
CDRs,process it and reformats it and pass on these 
formatted files of cdrs to billing system for the purpose 
of rating of each CDR.
