Answer
Normally this option will not come with any router to
Scheduling IP to Blocking or Filtering for such time period
is not possible in Router , in this scenario it is possible
in hire-end chasis based Router/Switch, where we can
install ASA,FWSM Firewall module, through this firewall
module we can do it the same activity..

assigned to normal or Group user those who can access
easily and second is System shared folder or admin shared
folder who only System admin can access this folder

Question
I wish to understand How to subnet a class c address
I understand the principle of subnetting as 192.168.5.0 /24
1st Subnet > 192.168.5.1 Last address > 192.168.5.126
192.168.5.127 is Broadcast address
2nd Subnet > 192.168.5.128 last address > 192.168.5.254
Even the division into 4 Subnets , i Know the formula but
still am having to understand HOW TO CONFIGURE ON THE TCP/IP
CONFIGURATION LOCAL AREA NETWORK HOW TO PUT THE SUBNET WHERE
TO PUT THE SUBNET
Am studying the Network + Afterwards The MCSE , CCNA ,CCNP
I got a scenario > 260 hosts , DHCP , DNS , 1 GATEWAY ,1
wireless access point on the Network address 192.168.2.0 /24
to document the IP Scheme & Configure afterwards
PLease do me a favour to explaine me how to handle this , I
have been through e -books , sites of Techtutorial and so on
but nobody gives the explanations of how to do it , How to
nanage the configuration .

Answer
Your Question is little bit confused, but let me tell me on
this from my side
1.	You can configure subnet in two way, Super-sub
netting & Class full address rite
2.	You should now the decibel notation for 8 bit
subnet,16 bit or 24 bite subnet
3.	There is some rule in decibel notation subject
applied to Sub netting, A. there should not be all 0(Zero)
in Host Address B. there should not be all 1(One) in host
address rite this are all broadcasting address
4.	Your IP is 192.168.5.0/24 so you need to know
decibel code behind that
5.	For Eg 128,64,32,16,8,4,2,1 is simple code to
calculate dec
6.	192.168.41.5.0 = 192 =128+64 (Dec not :-
11000000).168 =128+32+8 (dec not 10101000).5 = 4+1(Dec
No :- 00000101)
It is to huge if you get to understand the basic of Network
of this Sub netting you can design & Configure Number of
Network

Answer
There is no such port number of TCp/IP.
Port number is assigned to a specified protocol not to
complete protocol suite.TCP/IP is a complete protocol
package.Actully when the data is transferred from oone host
to another hos it requires 3 types of address ...1st is the
hardware or MAC ddress which is managed in data-link layer
for the link of sorce and destnation segment.2nd is the ip
address managed in network layer to identify the source and
destination host.3rd is the socket address managed in
transport layer....your question is related to socket
address....Socket adddress is managed to link source
application process to destintion application proicess.A
socket address consists of a ip address +_port number.
Each protocol is assigned with a specified port
number...through the port number the destination host can
find which protocol is used to encapsulate ,encrypt and
transfer the data.

The simple answer to ur question is that ....each protocol
is identified on a network by its port number and served
according to its port number not by its name.

Question
Does DNS use TCP or UDP or both?
Rank Answer Posted By
 Question Submitted By :: Sathyender
I also faced this Question!!   © ALL Interview .com
Answer
TCP is a connection-oriented protocol and it requires data
to be consistent at the destination and UDP is
connection-less protocol and doesn't require data to be
consistent or don't need a connection to be established with
host for consistency of data.
UDP packets are smaller in size. Can't be greater then 512
bytes. So any application needs data to be transffered
greter than 512 bytes uses TCP
We often discuss why services use both the protocols i.e.
TCP and UDP. These services can also realy on TCP instead of
UDP because TCP is a connection-oriented protocol whereas
UDP is connection-less! then why use UDP?
For example, DNS uses both TCP and UDP for valid reasons
described below. Note that UDP messages are not larger than
512 Bytes and are trucncted when greater than this size. So
DNS uses TCP for Zone transfer and UDP for name queries
either regular (primary) or reverse. UDP can be used to
exchange small information whereas TCP must be used to
exchange information larger than 512 bytes. If a client
doesn't get response from DNS it must retransmit the data
using TCP after 3-5 seconds of interval.

Answer
While ip takes care of handling the actual delivery of the
data, tcp takes care of keeping track of the individual
units of data (called packets) that a message is divided
into for efficient routing through the Internet.

Question
EXplain how the TCP/IP suite addresses routing
Rank Answer Posted By
 Question Submitted By :: Malenzo
I also faced this Question!!   © ALL Interview .com
Answer
Routing is a layer three phenomina that means to forward a
packet to the destination address based on the ip address
fiend of the packet. As we know the the devices used at
layer three are aware of the routing table(Routers or layre
three switches) when these devices receives a packet they
look into there routing table which they dynamically learns
from the protocols or mannually by the administrator(static
routing). routing table maps the ip address to a particular
interface for forwarding . the packet is forwarded out to
that network .......same phenomina takes place untill the
packet reachec its destination
