Answer
Status of the project is communicated to the team using WSR/
weekly status report and also in team meetings.

Technical activities can be tracked by comparing with the
milestone dates defined for each activity in the MPP/project
plan.

Answer
By looking at the PCRs if any, then seeing the estimation
and checking whether they are taken into account and also if
the MPP is updated accordingly.

Risks are documented in Project plan and daily risks related
to releases are documented in Weekly Status reports and the
tools we use for tracking the project activities.Each
company have their own tools.
