| Answer | * shipping point is determined by the system using the
parameters 1. Shiiping conditions from sales document type
or Customer master rec of Sold to party
2. Loading group from Material master
3. Delivering plant proposed from these 3 records in the
following priority a. customer material info rec
b. Customer master c. Material master
* In delivery doc Vl01n Delivery wref to Sales Order, the
most critical field is Sales Order No. bcoz most of the
data will be copied from this document only.
* During the delivery process, we have to pick up the
goods from warehouse. We need Transfer Order in order to
pick up the goods from warehouse. t code is LT03. |

| Answer | The key figure model includes all the key figures in one
data record:
Product
Sales Price
Manufacturer Price
Mean Price
P1

However, in the account model, you add a new characteristic
which separates the key figures (here: price types) within
the data record, and which you can use to determine which
key figure is being used for planning.

| Answer | Exception in Reporting is to indicate any deviation from a
threshold value. Say you build a Query for Sales Analysis
for various salesorganisations for a top level manager in
sales, You indicate some threshold values in Netsales Amount
to indicate if it is exceptionally low or high , with
different colors in the report, so that it could be
immediately taken care . The same exception can be reported
with the help of reporting agent , by capturing the
exception and sending the same through Emails to managers. |
| Surya |
| |
| |
| Answer | The Exception aggregation is used in special scenarios
where we do not want to show the result of key figure as
simply the total of all the values. For example:
Is we are looking at a report which shows the Number of
employees by year for the past 10 years the total field for
the Number of employees shows the total of all the figures
for the past 10 years which is wrong but it should show the
last value i.e the recent years figures becoz the number of
employees is not something to add up.
Here we use the exception aggregation to let the BEx know
how to show/summarise the values, here in this case we use
Last Value...
Some more examples of exception aggregation are Average,
First Value etc... |
| Nimma |
| |
| |
| Answer | Exception Aggregation is which specifies how key figure is
compressed using time characterstics |

of course this is very good field which will offer you
money as well as fantastic professional carrer but again
you need to be very much good in your subject.
People having a very good domain experience will be

| Answer | statistical key figures relating to cost centers, profit

may also be a value representing the services provided by
one particular cost center. |
| Sandhani |
| |
| |
| Answer | SKF are used as the basis i.e. tracking factor on which to
make allocations i.e. assessments and distributions and to
analyse the structural key figures. |
| Dinesh Lakhotiya |
| |
| |
| Answer | The data in R/3 system is stored in data structure and from
data structure its used for profitablity analysis. Any
report is generated from datastructure for Co-PA.
(profitablity analysis).
data structure = characteristics(companycode, business area,
plant etc) + value fields (revenues, cost of goods sold etc).
valuefield is nothing but statistical key figure in business
terms. |

| Samba |
| |
| |
| Answer | the term itself states stastical it means whatever the data
u want to execute on the basis of skf remains statistical
and are used for reporting purpose only .these skf's are
used as ca referance in key figure analysis which r useful
in internal allocations.,they can be planned ,they play
their role in cca,io,profit-center. |
| G.srinivas |
| |
| |
| Answer | Hi,
Statistical Key Figure: Statistical key figures are
represents activities or statistics in cost center or order
or profit center and they are measured in units of time or
quantity. Key figures are may be used in Distribution or
Assessment.
Statistical Key Figures: These are the statistical values
describing:
* Cost centers
* Orders
* Business processes
* Profit centers
* Activity Types
* Real Estate Objects
They can be used as the basis for internal allocations, such
as Distribution and Assessment.
There are two types of statistical key figures:
1) Fixed value: Fixed values are carried forward from the
current posting period to all subsequent posting periods.
For example: The statistical key figure Employees is defined
as a fixed value. In period 1 of the fiscal year, you post
10 Employees on cost center 4100. The system then
automatically posts 10 employees in periods 2 through 12.
In period 6, the number of employees is increased to 15.
This means that in period 6, you post 15 Employees on the
cost center. The system automatically posts 15 employees in
periods 6 through 12.
2) Total value: Totals values are posted in the current
posting period only.
For example: You define the statistical key figure Telephone
units as a totals value. In period 1 of the fiscal year, you
post 1000 Telephone units on cost center 4100. The system
posts 1000 telephone units in period 01 only.
Thank You. |
| Hannah |
| |
| |
| Answer | SKF
Statistical key figures represent activities or statistics
in a cost center, profit center, or order. They are
measured in units of time or quantity.
You create statistical key figures with maintenance
transactions and post both plan and actual values to cost
centers and orders. In CO, statistical key figures are used
in assessment and distribution as allocation bases. These
are used to calculate the debit on a receiver object.
Statistical key figures can be transferred from other
objects to Profit Center Accounting, where you can create
new statistical key figures.
Statistical key figures may be used for distribution,
assessment, or creation of other statistical key figures.
Exp:
An example of a statistical key figure is the number of
employees in a cost center. Once you have created the
statistical key figure EMPLOY, you can enter the plan and
actual values on each cost center. These values can then be
used for assessing cafeteria costs on all the other cost
centers. |

| Question |
what is activity type? |

© ALL Interview .com |
| Answer | Activity type classifies the specific activities that are
provided by one or more cost centers with in a company |
| Sandhani |
| |
| |
| Answer | Activity type helps the system to understand the nature of
the activity carried out in that particular cost center
eg) cutting, polishing, painting, packing etc. |
| Sandhya |
| |
| |
| Answer | Activity type clasiffy the activies performed or produced by
cost center.
Ex of Activity types is Machine Hour Rate |
| Vijay Kumar |
| |
| |
| Answer | Activity type in layman Explanition....
Activity type is the amount paid accordig to the work done
fo eg:senior consultant,juniour consultant
both working in chennai branch, they do have a branch in
bangalore, from chennai to bangalore these guys went for
training, for senior consultant the company will pay for eg
30k per day,for juniour con 15k.... |
| Cute |
| |
| |
| Answer | Classification of an activity and the data structure,
Example:Number or quantity of units produced,
Hours,
Machine times,
Production times. |
| Chaitanya |
| |
| |
| Answer | Activity type is the recording the time taken to perform an
action (for eg; to produce 1000 Kgs 180 mins is required).
The activity types are assigned to the work centers.
In routing for each activity duration is defined for a base
qty.
At the time of backflush, based on qty confirmed it will
calculate the duration taken to produce the confirmed qty |
| Latha |
| |
| |
| Answer | It is evident from the word itself that Activity performed.
So Activity type is the activity performed by one cost
center for another
e.g Consultants Performed the activity of Training for a
cost center on some hourly rate
so training given is the activity performed by the
consulting dept or cost center for another cost center and
that will be charged to that cost center on some basis and
the basis will be hourly rates that the consultant charged
those are called statistical key figures, and the activity
type will be Consulting. |

| Answer | select single * ---> retrieves all the records in that
particular row defined by our selection citeria.
select * ---> retrieves all records from all the coloumns of
the table i.e., the entire table.
so the time consumed in retrieving all this information is
very high atleast in terms of programming and so it
significantly affects the performance. |

| Answer | If a table has an index for a key in the order
f1,f2,f3 then from the point of view of performance
the where clause should specify the fields in the
same order
select ..
from ...
where f1 = v_f1 and f2 = v_f2 and f3 = v_f3.
Note that the MANDT is implicitly compared first in the
order, and if using CLIENT SPECIFIED queries, ensure that
MANDT precedes the list. |
