I felt that a business management program will give me an 
extensive knowledge about various aspects of business.It 
help me to understand various managerial tools and 
techniques to improve my skills .

In my opinion, business management is understanding the 
inter-link of different functions & business cycles & how 
your each role plays an important role in growth of any 
business.

My strength is my flexibility to handle situations.  As a 
Personnel Manager in my last job, I was able to turn around 
a negative working environment and develop a very 
supportive team.   
As far as my weaknesses are concerned, I feel that my 
management skills could be stronger and I am constantly 
working to improve them.

abilityb to deal with any type of customer, convincing

My weaknesses: if i go to a customer most oftime i spend
with the customer from i may loose another customer.

There are several important things that are required to 
create the most successful company possible.  One of them 
is identifying good people;  they must be hard working and

day to day issues. They work with us, not for us.  If we 
believe that we have to do it all, or that we actually can 
do it all, we will never grow beyond a certain point.

make sense so, employees role is very vital, they should

I was frustrated once when one of my clients, who’d 
insisted on a high growth stock, called in a panic because 
the stock price had dropped more than 15 percent in one 
day.  I had a hard time convincing him to get rid off it 
rather than cut his losses.

Time when my Clients don't respond to me, I find it

Yes, once in my career. when i used to work on CR's I 
promissed to fix a bug in our product that is age old(20 
yrs) well known defect. It took more time than what I 
planed why because thats related to three modules in 
product. I spend over time to get it done on time but not 
in time. i felt very very happy with my work. that gave me 
confidence in my work.

I wasn’t able to keep a good employee once who would been 
in any facility for ten years.  His job description was 
rewritten to require computer skills.  I offered to send 
him to night classes, but he refused the help. I had no 
option but to replace him.  In retrospect if I would 
encouraged him and other employees to acquire new training 
periodically, he might not have been overwhelmed by the 
time his position was reworked.

accept the criticism as a part of your job, think 
positively and ensure that it is not repeated again. 
through proper service, timely action, and smile one can 
easily handle it.

i strongly believe that critics r ones best friends.coz 
they unknowingly pinpoint or bring to ur notice ur own 
follies,which otherwise u wud not have known.......so i wud 
alwaz try n learn something out of it n rectify that error

I strongley belive criticism will help us allot. I will 
take that as an opertunity to learn and correct my
