DEAR IMRAN YOU CAN PUT A NOTICE TO THAT DEPARTMENT

Answer
Hi Imran,

There is very simple and clear cut procedure for
this. You have to approach the employer. Every employee
nominate a person who after the death of the employee gets
the GPF, and other benefits as a dependant of the
employee. If your father has nominated your mom as a
nominee she should get all the benefits including the
pension. It can even be claimed retrospectively. So,
first approach the organisation, and if u r confirmed that
your father has nominated your mother only, try to get that
proof, on that basis you can even approach the court for
getting all the benefits. You have to follow it up.

Question
what are Real Eastes
Rank Answer Posted By

I also faced this Question!!   © ALL Interview .com
Answer
An REO (Real Estate Owned) is a property that goes back to
the mortgage company after an unsuccessful foreclosure
auction. You see, most foreclosure auctions do not even
result in bids. After all, if there was enough equity in
the property to satisfy the loan, the owner would have
probably sold the property and paid off the bank. That is
why the property ends up at a foreclosure or trustee sale.

Since what is owed to the bank is almost always more than
what the property is worth, very few foreclosure auctions
result in a successful sale. Then the property "reverts"
to the bank. It becomes an REO, or "real estate owned"
property.

Answer
'ADVOCATE' is not an abbreviated word. It has no full form.
However, it certainly has a meaning.

It means a person who publicly supports a particular cause
or a person who pleads a case on somone else's behalf.

Its origin is in the latin word 'advocare' which means -
call to one's aid.

If used as noun it means 'to plead for'.

Legally , it means a person holding a law degree and has
enrolled himself or herself as an advocate with the bar
council.
