I m onkar. I have done MCA from IGNOU with 66%
Currently, I am a Software Developer with Sahara Computers 
and Electronics Ltd. which is in NOIDA.
I have 1.6 years of exp. as a Software Developer in .NET 
with Sahara Computers and Electronics Ltd .

I am very much ambitous in my work.
If i wish to work,I would create a history in the sense 
that there should be no begger and each and every people 
should do work,in case this does not happen then also i 
will work hard to get the best result of my life.And i also 
believe in making creative mind.Those who are having 
creative mind they are really great ,in that way i also 
want to be the one of the best person.

when this type questions asked by hr person,u can say in
such a way ur weakness turncate ur sterngth.u can say like this
1)loose my patience when the work is done not properly

2>i am openminded

when i am working in a group i wiil do the most of the 
group work

i will do my work little faster and get irritated when 
anything prevents me to do my work.

surfing,It may take more than 4-5 hours a day.

   I feel that my communications skills could be better ,

for a marketing guy aggressiveness in work is good but it 
can b sited as one of personalweakness like that you cant 
say I dont have any weakness becaz nohuman buddy is like 
that bt you hv to be diplomat while answering you can say 
as I am supportive in nature I want form others d same bt 
when it lacks it creates negative energy being a team 
player my first and foremost criteria is to build
