i am interested in com sci because it looks like a 
graphical icons.it is user friendly and so on

I got interested in computer science the moment I heard in 
my third standard that "Computer is an electronic machine 
that takes the workload of a few hundred men and finishes 
it in a matter of few seconds"

It values people,gives better package,latest technologies 
etc

I am highly impressed and believe to work with organization 
because I need to know more about the Company. I could 
offer my services as well as learn new skills from this 
organization

i want to work as a leader to motivate myself and my team
members to deliver a successful projects

I dont want any position i want work and work only work so 
i learn things fast

To be very frank, i want to work as a programmer(what ever u
like to work)in my team to use my logical skills to deliver

As far as motivation is concerned, there are three types of 
motivation on work-station : 1) Self motivation 2) 
Competitive motivation 3)Motivation from Team Lead or 
Supervisors.

Self motivation if more effective in the primary stage of 
career. It keeps alive in perfectionists for life long.

Competitive motivation comes in professional life where 
there is at most dog eat dog condition and at least 
performance oriented perks and promotions.

Motivation from seniors is from the company policy for the 
work to be done in time, perfectly and precisely.

I am a bit of perfectionist and have been giving my best 
till date. So the first thing motivating me is my self 
motivation.

As competition is heterogenous (because no two people will 
coding the same code), we have opportunity to give the best 
result in this compititive edge TO BE AHEAD.

More importantly senior are also there to motivate us and 
help in need when we are fed up.

i have 2 learned from the mistakes, how 2 do the things

2-3 years then only you can expect some promotions because 
we tend to expect early promotions in next 6-7 months after 
joining which is something next to impossible in today's

every one wants to get retired after attaining a stag in 
their life, when they think that they hve satisfied with 
what they were in the past and what they are now. if i 
think that iam satisfied wit my performance i'll get 
retired

I feel Money is not the criteria for retirement. If I have 
enough money I will go for Volunteer work to serve the 
country where i am useful.

knowledge and experience which matters.so,even though i 
have enough money i would like to continue my job to learn

In my company, PL is my relative, TL ismy friend, no work, 
pay shouldbe more than 5lac pa. and providing gtalk,yahoo

& say bad things about boss is irritating me.

those situations when colleagues who donot work as a team 
when the task required a high level of team work.

...situations when they just beat around the bush giving
