Question
The company has incurred Preliminary expenses. As per old 
Schedule VI these are to be shown under the head MISCELLANEOUS 
EXPENDITURE in Assets side of Balance Sheet. Now where to show 
these expenses under revised Scheduke VI.

Company is valued by it's Market Capitalization value.

Market capitalization= share value*total number of shares.
For example : ITC pvt ltd have 2000 shares value of Rs.2 each...the value of ITC is 4000 i.e 2000*2....

issue tha c form along with purchase order then supplier will not charge cst as per income tax act.

c-form has to be given by sale tax depatt. if we give them 
a detail of purchase order and a list of supplier those 
applicable as per sale tax rule

Answer
It is confusing section in Companies Law and there is not
any clear provision regards this query. So, It is better to
have provision in Articles of Company to do so.

shadow director is a director on whose instructn nd directn other director acts.. as he has same responsibility nd duties that of othr director.. as he hold major share in co. hence shadow director shuld be counted for the  board quorum

professional course. The extraordinary knowledge & talent is
required for so.

THERE IS NO ANY SUITABLE QUALIFICATION THAN COMPANY SECRETARY SHIP WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENT OF CORPORATES IN MANAGING THEIRS AFFAIRS PROPERLY. SO IT WOULD BE A BIG FAULT TO COMPARE CS WITH PG COURSES.

lets understand with this exemple 
   
Sales =  10, Variable cost= 3, Fixed cost = 3, 

              Sales = 10
less Variabled cost = 3
C0ntribution (10-3) = 7
less fixed cost     = 3
 profit             = 4

Contriburion only negetive when Variable cost is more then 
sales.

Hi I would like to know about TDS on Service Tax invoices.We are in rental basis shopping mall.We will raise the bill with service tax.2 types of invoice
1 Rental Invoices with service tax
2. Comman Area charges with service Tax

Please let me know how the tenant need to deduct the TDS 
On gross or Basic.......?

Tenant will deduct tds on the basic amount of the rent on 
land and building.

Tenant should deduct TDS on gross bill amount as he has to
pay service tax charged on it. And the tax will be adjusted
when he will file return.

Tenant will deducted a fixed percentage of TDS from salary.and the TDS amount will be pay to GOVT.
If any one provide you any service then he charged Service tax with his fees.If you provide any service to someone then you charged S.Tax.At the end of the year you adjust the Service Tax.
