Right now i have been working as Customer care Excuative 
With Aitel in Mphasis.I want to leave this company because 
in mphasis salary pakage is not to good and CAB facility is 
not good .

basically, its made 4 customers satisfaction , and regar, 
ding their queries and give them appropriate feedback 
regarding their queries....

Call centers are normally contact centers, where a customer 
using a product or services of that company, seeks help 
through phone (voice) or mails (non-voice). This could be 
either a technical help or a non technical help that a 
customer may be seeking.
Call centers are mainly inbound and out bound. When the 
customer calls to seek help it is known as an inbound call, 
if the employee (consultant) calls customer to market or 
sell their product it is an out bound call. The same can be 
done thourgh mails. This is known as non-voice process. 
Mainly termed as BPO (Business Process Out Source.

Virus is a program which can copy itselves & infect the 
system. A spam is an e-mail which consists of 
advertisements, insurance, etc... . It may have come 
without our knowledge as an e- mail.

spam is an unwanted e-mail messages, frequently with 
commercial content, in large quantities to an 
indiscriminate set of recipients.

computer virus is a self replicating program which that can 
crash the system.

Virus comes and deleting in all files in the system(for 
example this is type of disease). but spam is coming in 
particular email. this is unnecessary file.

It is a s/w ,which protects ur computer from different spam
and from unauthorized access.

START- SETTINGS- CONTROL PANEL- INTERNET OPTIONS.

open internet explore in the menubar click tools option

1. turn on the computer
2. double click Internet Explorer icon
3. click tools on the upper left of the desktop
   after favorites.
4. click Internet options

1 open a web page
2 click on tools tab
3 u will see a drop down menu in that menu the last     
option is internet option click on that

turn on computer
START-SETTINGS-NETWORK CONNECTIONS-CONNECTIONS(eg bsnl)

start->my n/w place->double click choose any connection->
then type username & password which is opened

able 2 achieve using IP network,it is also use 2 test NIC & 
speed,thz can b achieved my means a sending a packet(echo 
request) & waits 4 rply(echo response),it also calculates 
whtr any any packets r lost

Ping is a command, it is used to test or send information 
to the another network computer or network device.

a call center industry is a booming industry and i find it 
challenging,i also believe that to offers excelent rooms 
for growth,and that i am qualified in this industry.

I think according to my ability call centre is the right 
place because i'm a good communicator and can convinced 
people quikly.I'm a hardcore professional guy and i belive 
in patiance and preservance.

because call center is worth and much better than other, it
increases your ability to speak english and develop your
skills and talent.,.,

 for
 example  A purchased a  product   and  he  wants  to have  
information   reg that  product at that  time  he   would 
call the  custmer care   to know about  the product 
   We  can learn english

Because it is the place where I can develop my communication
skill and can convince customer queries as quickly as
possible. I can also improve my communication ability being
a part of call center.
