well Bussiness processing outsourcing is an industry which 
not only pays in terms of financial benefit ofcourse gives 
me & opportunity to be a part of a team which is ofcourse 
global bussiness,my efforts always been to be a part of 
global environment,thats the reason i wish to join in a 
call center or in BPO.

call center is a customer service centre. there are two
types of callcentre ie domestic as well as international,In
that there are two process called inbound and outbound. in
inbound process we receive a call. and in outbound we make a
call.

call centres helps us to prove our skils.
it gives us loads of money

Call cneter is a place where we resolve the customer 
queries/concerns, we make clear to the client about our 
product we want to sale.  

call  center work is divided in to two parts

inbound calls (where customer make call)
outbound calls (where customer service executive call the 
customer)

Call Centers: - Call Center is that place where you make or 
receive calls for the propose of Sale and Services and 
Support.
There are two types of Call Center: -
1.	INBOUND
2.	OUTBOUND
3.	WEB BASED

call center is business process out sourcing .
  it is a place where calls are answered and made.
call center is also act as supportive unit to various
industries. there 1000 or more people sitting together
covering with walls...

as the small child cant move without support of mother same 
a new employee cant work and feeling comfort with 
envirnment of office without the help of his officer. its 
is not true that every boss is comfortable. it depends upon 
the person whether he is satisffy from the services 
attained from organisation or not or he is able to satisfy 
needs of organisation. officer should have exprience and 
started life from the basic activity of organisation so it 
is ably to feel comfortable enviornment in the organisation

importance of job is very much in each and every life becoz 
job provide money to provide and survive in world and helps 
to satisfy the basic need. if the person hasa to chhose he 
will chose the family first becoz he is working for the 
survival of family

family and job are the two phases of a coin, one can not 
think about leaving any of the two. we earn to fullfill the 
need of family.  we enjoy with the family with the money.

i want to join in BPO just because this job is matching my 
skills and i can easily get in to this work and improve  
for the betterment of my job status,BPO gives  experience 
in tele marketing and online troubleshooting capabilities.

BPO is a fast growing industry these days.  So it helps in 
improving the individual career growth.  Which every one 
wants.  You get the professional environment to work.  You 
learn working in team.

my fav place in Mumbai is JW MARRIOT opened about four years
ago and it has quickly become the place for parties,
functions, breakfasts, and to stay. It is right on the Juhu
beach.There is wonderful Thai restaurant -- Spices and a bar
-- Enigma. The breakfast selection is the best I have ever
experienced

mumbai is the great state. it is working for the head 
offices for all the organisations and provide high growth 
to the share market.it is one where people survive for 
whole day as well as ngt and fast food is too much tasty. 
even all the tv and bollywood stars are not thinking to 
leave mumbai becoz its a very helpful state. even the lunch 
boys works harad and provide the lunch at time to the 
offices.

Hyderabad is cpaital city of Andhra pradesh.And now every 
one known it became one of the metropolitan city.we can 
find many changes in hyderabad comparing to last 10 to 15 
years.we can find many developements in hyderabad,if we 
talk about technology,in medical,infrastructure.

And we even can find big MNC companies and bpo's now a days 
every one is earning money and they are chaging there 
leaving life.

And if we speak about technology there is a tremendous 
changes the work is going very fast due to this technology.

And in hyderabad we find beautiful resorts,parks, 
lakes,resturents.

And also we can see historical places,and temples, churchs 
and many more.

i would like to say about
my favourite place in hyd is lumbini park ans hussain sagar
lake.This beautiful enetertainment park situated shore of
hussain sagar lake the landscape is a visual treat make it
an excellent gateway.. musically synchronized water foutain
and majour attraction
