I am very good communicator I can solve problem easily. I
can easily understand what customer is expecteing from us
definitely i can reach company expectations because i'm
very quick learner. I can prove my self & bringout my best.
It is the correct area to develop our skills like
analtical,numeric,commuincation and problem solving skills
and very good remuneration and to develop our personalties
BPO is a very challenging job where we have to face
different types of customers,peoples with different mindset
and we have to solve their problems and try to agree them
with our proposal.I love challenges ,thats why i think it is
very satisfactory and exciting job for me.
I have known some of them about Inbond and Outbond.It is
very intersting to me.I will explain about Inbond and
Outbond.INBOND- It is like a customer care,for examble
Airtel.Airtel having lot of customer.If customer having any
doubts or issues,they contact us.we people rectifying the
faults and problems.If we have any new plan,we explain
these things too.By this way,we are maintain a healthy
relationship betwen customer and corporate.That is called
Inbond.
OUTBOND-It is simlaraly to telemarketing.The best example
is Insurance.We people contact the customer voluenterely
and explain about our product and also tell the features of
the product.Thorugh this way we are convincing the customer
to buy our product.That is called Outbond.
Comparing Inbound and Outbond is slightly difficult.Because
we don't know situation of the customer. so we need to
tollerate lot of things.
i wnt to join bpo becz this is the field where i think i
can grew my carrier very well due to it is a very growing
indrustry with a growth rate of 36%.
It is a grrwing industries. There are more job opprnutey.
Call center provied good worinking envirment and good salary
pekej.Where i will get more opprnutey.Which the helf i can
improve my commnicason skill.So i want to join Call center .
i want to join bpo because there is a lot of opportunity and
growth.its the platform for the youngsters to start their
career wit,besides u get the adequate skills.so i think its
the right decision to start ya career with bpos...
i have a marketing experience of 5 yrs, from recent
articles i came to know that Bpo industry is booming, i
feel my self best fit to the work environment becoz its a
challenging job, ie v need to resolve customer queries and
i want to build mny carreer with a Bpo industry where i can
sharpen my skills further.
i want to join bpo cuz it is the groooming sector and an
emerging industry. Despite recession it managed to make a
good revenue and profit in last fiscal year. So i can
expect a good carreer growth here.
I just want to join the bpo because i have seen here that
here is good growth for everyone, good stability, and here
is good environment to work in comparison to other field.
That is why I want to join the bpo.
im an engineering graduate (BE me) i have experience of 1.5
yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for
takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u
chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find
any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in
technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this
regard
