its depending upon boiler efficiancy,turbine
efficiancy,qulity of steem,
if there is no steam losses in boiler and turbine meens its
may be 4 to 4.5 TPH

Answer / a bhaskar rao
it depends on exhaust conditions of turbine & boiler steam
parameters as specific volume of steam varies with respect
to the steam pressure and temeprature, we can,t calculate
exactly.
For 100 % condensing turbine, the steam consumption may be
4.5 TPH with considering design efficiency calculations. For
back pressure turbine it depends on exhaust conditions. The
exhaust condition varies from factory to factory depends on
their process requirement.

Answer / rajesh
this will depend upon boiler steam quality and how much
back presuure is needed, roughly i can say that 5TPH
Required.
