i think the dimension what ever is given in the question is not full , because the formula is =
V = [L X B X d] + h / 3 [ A1 + A2 + ROUTE UNDER A1 A2 ]

where ,
l = length , b = breadth , d = bottom depth , h = D - d ,
A1 = bottom area , A2= top area .

so , how can we calculate ,[ A2 ] top area without dimension .

formula:

sum of two parallel side
------------------------X perpendicular distance

suppose side A-2m & B-1.7
sum of D & d (.5+.15 )=0.325

(2+1.7)/2*0.325=0.601 cum.

volume of trapezoidal footing = H/3{a1+a2+square root a1.a2}
here a1 = area in bottom of footing
a2 = area in top of footing
H = height of footing

Concrete quantity = H/3 [ a2 + b2 + square root of a2 x b2]

H = height of the trapezoidal footing

a2 = Area of the bottom of footing

b2 = Area of the top of footing

Volume of Trapezoidal footing= h/2(a+b)*l
where,
h= depth of footing
a= top width of footing
b= bottom with of footing
l= length of footing
In Case of Frustrum of Pyramid
V= h/3(A1+A2+Square root of A1*A2)
Where,
A1= Area of top section (a*b)
A2= Area of Bottom Section (A*B)

= [(1.7+0.5)/2*0.15]*2= 1.1*0.15*2= 0.33Cum

a1=49 b1=0.12m h=.3m
49+.12+root of 49*.012 *.3/3
