I have recently attended for Wipro BPO interview. In that they had given 3 topics, "CORRUPTION IN INDIA, SHOULD AP DIVIDE OR NOT n INSPIRING PERSON IN YOUR LIFE". I elected CORRUPTION IN INDIA,while i started to talk, after few seconds i did nt get the words to express that matter in ENGLISH.can u tell me hw to pre[are in well manner for the JAM Session.
JAM is a just a minute process. In a minute we have to express evrything politely i.e., the use, purpose, advanteges, disadvantages, how is it helpful for youth and society, impact of it... and so on.. such that the hr focusses on us. we have to use the unique words which are not used by the others.
repititions must be eliminated.
speak only what you have experienced.. but don't blindly say somethng in air..
the topcs may be your personal ones or about the society.. be clear and sure..
i attended for wipro bpo company.in first round was jam HR
gave 3 topics:1-roll model
2-favourite trip,3-college 1st day.easy topics.he checked
pronunciation.those who have good communicaion skills are
selected for 3rd round which is HR personal
interview.average people went through 2nd round which is
JAM'S EXACT THEME IS TO EXPRESS YOUR VIEWS W/O REPETETION, HESITATION AND DEVIATION, ON CERTAIN TOPIC( OWN / OTHERS)
THE MAIN THINGS THEY'LL CONSIDER ARE,
-YOUR GRAMMER LEVEL IN ENGLISH
-YOUR CONFIDENCE WHILE EXPRESSING YOUR VIEWS
-YOUR SENTENCE FORMATTING SKILLS WITH THE SIMPLE VACABULARY
-LAST BUT NOT LEAST YOUR APPEARANCE
generally my suggestion for the fresher or experience guys
who are lagging with the communication...firstly they should
go with regular words like we use.. i need pen,i m going and
we have to frame the sentence in simple words..then we
build our confidence we can easily done with the
communication go practice we can get through it...
Hi,Iam saritha recently i attend the interview for
Google.they conducted jam session they given a topic named
as "TELECOMMUNICATIONS" in that 5 members were selected out
of 20.keep practicing and ALL THE BEST.
