qualification by 30th Dec,2008.

ya, u can attempt only wen u get have your degree or b.tech
memo at the time of mains of group 1. as the check your
details at mains

Qualifications: Candidates should have acquired the
qualifications as on the date of notification no. 39/2008
i.e., 30/12/2008.

You can attempt the Exam to gain EXPERIENCE. But you will
not be eligible for final selection.
