I THINK IT IS NOT 110MM IT IS 10MM . FOR SIZE OF ROD THE
LAP LENGTH IS 50 TIMES THE DIAMETER THEREFORE
50X10=500MM.FROM IS 456 200.

here dia should be 10 mm....if it is...then..gross
dia=10+1.5=11.5mm....so lap length will be....47*11.5=530mm
approx...........

for the compression zone it is 55D & for tension zone it is
45D
i.e for 10mm Dia
Compression---55*10=550mm
Tension-------45*10=450mm
