Broad Cast Agent used to shedule or refresh the document on 
particular period of time(day, weak, month , etc) and also 
send those documents to the users.

bca is avilable only in 6.5 when we work with XI R2 we have 
publishing wizard .through this we can publish our reports 
unders repository
