A woman bcoz management skills is more... she takes care of husband ,children and her parents and also manages the things better then man.

Definitely a man womans are only concern about there family 
and self profit . Where smartness prsence of mind and 
motivation are the factors there woman can't compete with a 
man .A man can put more energy to a working group by 
hardworking and taking risks .

woman because its their natural qualities to make others 
follow them..especially men.men does listen to women while 
women seldom listen to men..women can carry out any work 
with help of others or alone..

Because he has basically having dominating quality, men have  
his leadership traits in their blood itself.so he has the
capablity to manage.

I think it not necessary to mention the sex, but we should 
see whether she or he is having such quality of mangerial 
skills and qulification which suits that post

Gender has nothing to do with designation.....it makes no 
diffrence if he or is capable.....but phir v I will go for 
women bcoz they hv some X Factor....
