if both A and B subscribers are in roaming, how is the call 
flow between them?

then both call are transfer first to there original base 
station and then transfer to local station

1st of the call goes to msc of the roamer operator,and then 
goes to home msc of subscriber and to the b number home msc 
and then to roamer operator msc of b number?
call flow like 
A number-bts-bsc-msc(roaming operator of a number)-gmsc-
msc(home of a)-msc(home of b)-gmsc-msc(roaming operator of b 
number)-bsc-bts=b number
