customer service is the thing we do for the customers, may 
it be of assistance in data or information, while 
satisfaction is the on the customers side, or customers 
feeling, whether he is satisfied of the service rendered to 
him or not.

customer is a kind of job but satisifaction means we do the 
job from ou bottom of the heart.

Customer service means to solve the customer's problem on 
time. and If the customer's problem is solved then customer 
is satisfied.

depth of his heart..... customer gets the info .
