i have two answers for this quetions:
1. i said yes only because im working for money only why i
say no to hr.
2. i asked straightly to the hr if ur company give that
same salary im working for ur company

i will look for other practicalities of the job offered by
the reputed company. in case it is appealing i prefer to
take this to Hr and ask for hike basing on my
competitiveness. I would quit if no satifactory reply
fallows from HR.

i will say dat i will not go to dat company becos its da
company which identied my talent and placed me in da
position wat i deserve and am quite comfort working ovr
here improving my skills and learning a lot in an
organization

as per question..if u r company identifies my talent and
dedication towards firm..then u defenetly increase my
pay..other wise some other org will recognize my worth...i
think u r company will identify my prospectus,rather than
others.,,then what is the question of other company salary
hykes...

as to ans this one to hr...
without being flatry...yes we're all here to grow ourselves
and for it, salary does matter a lot, but getting a high
salary doesn't mean that i am the Master of everything, for
it i have to furnish my base so i need to take a one step
forward at a time rather than playing high jumps...coz at
the end of the all My skill'll be my only asset to me...and
i am sure that i can make my base better with you... ;)

i would never quit this company because this is the company who identified my talent and ready to implement my innovative ideas day in and day out.And right from now i will work still more hard in the same company and get my pay more for my dilengence work.
im an engineering graduate (BE me) i have experience of 1.5
yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for
takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u
chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find
any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in
technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this
regard
