For any person motivation is the main factor which whould
make him work in an efficient manner.And that motivation
could be done my some rewards for doing good job,some
encouragements etc.Moreover an employees good work must be
acknowledged by his employer,which would definately boost
hime to work more harder to get more acknowledgements.

The Top Level Managers who is sitting inside the 
Transparent glass and working on their Laptop that inspire 
and motivates me alot and remind me that someday i'll 
definetly achieve that place.

it does not depend on the managers.it depends on us that 
how much we are intrsted to do that perticular job.if you 
are heartly interested to do that job,youwill be 
automativcally motivated on the field of that job.so 
interest and attachment and encouragment are required to 
motivate ourself.
