Technology, but i wanna join as HR in some MNC company. So,
i wanna know wat steps shd i take to enter into that field?
And i dont have any idea about HR.

hii, do one thng if u hvnt a lil knowledge of HR, dnt worry its vry easiest n process is vry simple.HR is jst lik pragmatic.HR is based on man, machiney, land, money & labour,these r d factor of productn. HERE man is mortal thng whr we cn easily changes acc. to org.lik v cn enhnc their performnce by training, learning, motivatng n in order to achieve co. goal effectivly.
In HR u must b strong recrutmnt n selctn, exit interview, pay roll, training n developmnt..
u jst read ds point practicly n prefer L.M prasad book.
