each and every sales/maraketing person because you will go
for selling your product,60-65% customer will reply i dont
but i think for convice such kind of customer u should have
deep knowledge of your product or services,and evaluate
customer buying behaviour .

use references-some customer is not willing to purchase
perticular type of product but if his close relatives or
friends suggest him or recommend him then his buying
behaviour toward the product may be changed.
first of all we cannot create the need, if a customer have
want he/she will take the prodect. if a customer is
replying that he/she dont have money, you cannot check
his/her pocket. what you can do, be a little polite and try
to get in touch with the customer, he/she may be a future

Firstly,we have to convince the cust. in such a fashion that he thinks the product he will own is much more worth than the price he is paying,secondly,trying to convince for installment facility if feasible,thirdly can bluff that the facilities associated wid the product are for a limited period, fourthly,can give 2-3 max. time to arrange,fifth can ask the cust. to borrow money in the worst case. Lastly,take a reference so that if the case is not closed then we have a opportunity to replenish it from somewhere else.Thanx

sell the product on the basis of the features of the
products , sell the product by convincing the costumer that
