three c are 

1. Chart of accounts 
2. Currency 
3. calendar 

Mondatory accounts are 

1. Retained earning 
2. Translated adjustment account 
3. Net income 
4. Suspence account 
5. Rounding difference account 
6. Reserve for Encombrance 

and Future period
