hai this is anitha,i am also a candidate for the clerical
exam of IOB, regarding the preparation for the exam , the
most important thing that we need to do is updating our
knowlegde, first concentrate on current affairs, then on
quantitative aptitude and then on english
vocabulary, finally refreshing our knowledge on computers.
all the very best for all those who are attending the exam.
hi am subhasis preparing for indian overseas clerical
exam.the most important thing is reasoning , current
affairs, then appritude test and english vocabullary
We concentrate all areas like current affairs,English,
reasoning,Quantitative apttitue and all.If we are preparing
above all it will use for all exams including descriptive
examination and interview.
hi this is prakash............
myself preparing 4 iob clerical examination
here we need 2 plan as per the time we have in the exam
we need to concentrate on English, quantitative aptitude and
reasoning
after that go 4 the writing section
we need 2 manage all the above section excluding writing in
95 mins
which is 1 hr 35 mins
so there is more emphasis in management of time
writing can be done in 45 mins theres no problem with that
.........
so concentrate more on speed and accuracy of your answer
during your preparation
AND THERE IS NO GENERAL AWARENESS OR COMPUTER LITERACY
SECTION FOR THIS EXAM
Hi this is ROOBINI...please give more preference to all
type of questions like aptitude, clerical aptitude, verbal
etc....
please refer R.S.AGARWAL BOOK FOR APTITUDE
ALL THE BEST....
Hello all, according to me one should first check the
weightage of marks awarded for each segment given. In that
case reasoning and numerical ability stands first with total
of 80 marks. Hence one should concentrate on this more.
After this it is the clerical aptitude with 40 marks. Divide
ur time according to this. English is just for qualifying
purpose hence just have a look at it.General knowledge is
very important to answer the descriptive paper. So u should
know the current affairs going on in our country as well as
the things happening in Banks. This is how i'm preparing for
the exam and my opinion to prepare for the exam.
ALL THE BEST TO THOSE WHO ARE PREPARING FOR THE EXAMINATION.
Be cool and go through ur question paper once thoroughly and
then start answering as this may reduce tension.
hi i am panch according to me first we have to prepare how
to solve the questions that is what we know in the question
papers within short period of time because we donot have
enough time to solve all the questions.so we have to
practice daily, and solve the questions what we first.
ALL THE BEST

Presidents Office. My monthly remuneration is 15000+. I have
been selected In SBI as a clerk. Their is confusion whether
I should join or continue with my current job. In AP though
they are paying more their are very negligible chances of
growth because of the profile I hold. Right now I am 25 yrs
old should I join SBI also can anyone let me know whether
pay will increase after completion of probation period in
the bank.
Hello friends,
I am having my SBI interview on 26 May.
I have some questions regarding certificates and
attestation -
As of my understanding they want original 10th, 12th and
graduation degree/marksheet and only one attested copy of
these documents.
Is character certificate mandatory?
Can these copies be self attested? Or only by…..
I only have my academic documents with me. Will it be
sufficient to attend the interview?
Please let me know if I am leaving anything.
Thanks

Candidates can apply for vacancies in one Bank / State only
and will have to appear for
written test from a centre of that particular state. For
example, candidate applying to
SBH Bank in Andhra Pradesh State can appear from Andhra
Pradesh only.
