grep is used for finding any string in the file. 
syntax - grep <String> <filename> 
example - grep 'compu' details.txt
display the whole line,in which line compu string is found. 

find is used to find the file or directory in given path, 
syntax - find <filename> 
example - find compu*
display aal file name starting with compu
