my friend's cousin works in sbi bank,
according to him the result will in the first week of december.
i gave my interview on 16-10-2008.

RAJASTHAN                  
         SBI CLERICAL FINAL RESULT 2008 WILL BE DECLARED IN 
FIRST WEEK OF DEC. 2008. THE RESULT HAVE TO DELAYED DUE TO 
TERRORIST ATTACK IN BOMBAY ON 27 NOV & ALSO DUE TO DEATH OF 
FORMER PM VPS ON 27.IT HAVE BLACK OUT IN BOMBAY.          
HRD OF SBI DECIDED TO DECLARE THE RESULT ON FRIDAY 28 NOV 
2008. NOW IT HAS TO BE POSTPONED BY ONE MORE WEEK.    IFFF

I am Anshul from chandigarh.I dont think that terrorisit 
attack will affect sbi result.. i think it will come by 
30th..

HI FRIENDS,   SBI HAS DECLARED FRESH VACANSIES FOR 
CLERICAL CADRE IN IT'S ASSOCIATE BANKS. ONLINE REG. WILL 
SATRT FROM 01/12/2008 TO 31/12/2008. THE W/T WILL BE HELD 
ON MARCH 1,2009.  NUMBER OF TOTAL VACANCIES = 4280 .
     THE FINAL RESULT FOR THE LAST REC WILL BE WITHIN SEVEN 
DAYS FORM NOW. POSSIBALY IT MAY BE DECLARED ON EITHER TODAY 
OR ON NEXT FRIDAY.
     THOSE WHO HAVE NOT DONE WELL IN AT LAST TIME ALSO HAVE

MY QUESTION ????? I have written SBI Clerk exam on july 13th 2008 & got selected. During medical test(done during December 2008), they have ?s on my medical fitness & put my appointment on hold. Am still waiting(its been six months) for the response from crpd sbi regarding my joining? I found this forum useful after seeing lots of views on the similar subject. Friends - now,please help me know how many days/months/years more they take to decide on my career in sbi. When i call the concerned local head, they ask me to wait for the reply from crpd,mumbai - they donot have concrete answer or much to say about the issue. Any suggestions/views are very much appreciated. AM SICK OF WAITING & confused at the moment. Thanks :)	SBI	3
