MOTIVATIONAL CYCLE IS THE PROCESS THROUGH WHICH MANAGEMENT
ENCOURAGES ITS EMPLOYEES BY GIVING THEM MONETARY AND NON-
MONETARY INCETIVES.ITS A VICIOUS CYCLE BECAUSE AS ONCE THE
NEEDS OR ONE NEED OF EMPLOYESS BECOMES SATISFIED THE
ANOTHER ONE GENERATES AUTOMATICALLY.

this cycle motivates an individual to move towards his/her
goal.the first stage is driving state(set in motion by
bodily needs or environmental stimuli.for an
instance:internal feeling of hunger which motivates one to
eaty.the second stage is goal directed behaviour.for an
instance: one moves to kitchen in search of food or may cook
food.the last stage is achievemant of goal.for an instance:
one can now satisfy his/her need for food or his/her hunger
is now satisfied.
once the goal is achieved it motivates an indiavidual to
higher goals.

by satisfying the need of EXISTENCE, RELATEDNESS AND GROWTH
throughout the life cycle. The drive of existence and
relatedness pushes an individual towards more motivtaed
attitude that ends in ultimate growth pattern.Throughout
life , individual seeks growth that is drien by motivation
and need.
