after joining certain companies responsibility & commitment 
falling on head.so,i should not even be diverted towards 
mind boggling money.

Whichever company gives me a free hand to expose out my 
skills,palpably I would join that company.I expect good 
regards accompanied by a reasonable pay that I deserve.

valuable decisions and also to do any work in peaceful

Actually Money is not only the factor.If you'r joing a Firm 
or any organization,you should work in restricted manner by 
follwing the commitmanes and rules.

Money counts a lot for someone else.But apart from money 
there are  also a lot of things which matter such as 
culture, environment and reputation of the company.In this
regard I will go for that company which has all these 
quality and money comes later.

pay. its best v move on to salary fixation now.

This is not a question i wasn't expecting from u.But since 
u have asked this, i would ratehr say i am not a kind of 
person who runs afer the money.The best work culture and 
freedom i would get from the company i would go along with 
that and i feel ur company provides both of them along with 
a good handsome package. So there is no question of being 
headed towards other companies.

if i am that much of talented fellow i am sure our company
should not leave me,our company should give me that money.

There are many things to take into consideration as far as 
career is concerned. Definitely money matters. But apart 
from that I'll have to consider many things like :
1) I must be bound with some bond to the company.
2) Say the bond is for 6 months. But if I leave the company 
in 6 months I would make my resume weak and leave an image 
of unstable employee.
3) The current company must have tested and trusted me. I 
should be accountable for some project which needs my part 
to be played.
4) More honestely what is the increase in the salary. If 
I'll be able to get the hike in next 6 - 8 months, I would 
not be spoiling my stability, because if I am offered a 
salary which I shall be getting after 6-8 months, after 6 - 
8 months I shall be expecting much more higher on job 
change which current offering company would not be offering 
that time.

All these things matters. Of course I get a leap of 30 - 40 
thousands, I definitely be positively thing hard about that.
