my strength is to be positive in attitude. i can possess 
myself to be a humble person if i think in a positive way. 
And if one is optmistic then he can achieve anything with 
self satisfaction. BY THINKING optimistic, we can have a 
respectable position amongst the people around us.

BPO is a people's industry. Whatever you say or do ( your 
action and words) influences others, especially if you are 
in the supervisory role and above. Positive attitude is 
decisive to a team's success. there will be ups and downs, 
but always looking at the benefits and accepting the fact 
of the areas of development, and doing whatever it takes to 
minimize or eredicate it, without compromising on morals.
this is industry specific.

Attitude in others words also mean "OPINION", Leaders look 
at how things can be done, not why they can't be done?what 
cannot be done through every one's point of view should be 
done,i.e.,simply showing the impossible as i am 
possible.The negative fear of heart and mind should be 
shown as positive in every act,this way of thinking or 
acting is nothing but the peak strength which is called the 
"positive attitude".it Speaks about the Character.

Positive attitude means that the   person ,he or she should 
have the impulsion to  have control over his or her 
negative feelings.The person should be a go getter attitude 
and should have feel bad about the  experience  of  talking 
to  an irate customer.

In a Corporate life ,we come across a lot of complicated 
situations,the way we handle them and still go back home 
with a smile is our postive attitude which we need to 
inculcate.Being happy automatically brings in a lot of 
positive energy to us and the people around us. :)
