if you are +2pass and pursuing graduate , can you get

yup,you d'nt need to be a graduate at the initial level.All 
they want from your side is that you can talk and speak in 
english as that is the language of the americans or the u.k 
people.after your grads ,may be you can get a hike in 
salary.That's it

all he must have good fluency in english ?
