We can define smart work as a Work which can be done on 
right way and on right path. A work in which we put our 
effort in such a way so that we can be certain about good 
results. In hard work we work but without any direction, so 
in this way results or success becomes unsure.

a work which would to prfer as a an invent model location 
is called smart work.

in the smart work, mind is used more than body . in the 
hard work , body is used more than mind .

smart work is.. having your own people to work for you, and 
ripped 100x times than you work on your own (power of 
multiplication) hard work is working on your own. (power of 
singleness/ no work no pay!)

i will tell it by an example 
a wood cutter cutting a tree constantly hits his axe 
against the trunk  for 8 hours and then the cuts a tree. 
this is hard work
the same wood cutter hits the axe for 2 hours and then sits 
and sharpens his axe for an hour gets rest in that time and 
after next 2 he cuts down the tree due to sharp axe and 
fresh hands  this ia smart work

hard work is doing something thats wearisome and tiring in
order to achieve something. smart work is reducing this
burdensome work with applied thinking, adeptness and  skill.

smart work doesn't mean that you have to hardly work inorder
to achieve something and neither does it imply that you have
to work too hard, but it is to judiciously apply your
intelligence and presence of mind, to complete the given
work in the best possible manner with least effort.

By hard work an individual can succeed 
in his/her life.("NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE")

                   By smart work individual satisfaction 
can be obtained. ("SOMETHING IS POSSIBLE")

Smartwork in the sense Less Effort More Result, 
Hardwork in the sense More Effort More Result

smarter person will do smart work
 hard workers will do hard.
 i can do both bcoz iam hard smart as wel as hard worker,
 so,always be like me it is better for u n your    
right       feature

In all works, Mind & body is required.Either work is done 
by mind or body with lots of efforts is called HARD work.

But when the work is done with Creativity of Mind or Body 
to get fruitfull result that is called Smart Work.

smart work is a result of self interest
but hard work is due to pressure

Hard work is what we think 'we cant do it'
smart work is which we think 'we can do'

Hard work is sth very tiring with more benefit and smart 
work is sth less tiring with more benefit

Smart work differs in simple way of approach. Smart work is
making your work easier by shortcuts and more perfect
logically and also showing your intelligence there to your
management without any stress. Hard work is working for many
hours without using any shortcuts(not thinking for easier
way) and logical mind usage. But, hard work doesn't mean
only this meaning. It also has a good meaning. Hard work
also means working with dedication for more hours , even
using logical mind.
 So, DO Smart work, or Hard work when you need it.

to become smart you need some handwork to learn new things
Smart work comes with experience
