BPO is Business process outsourcing, when a company hires
some another company in order to do it's work process, it is
called the process is being outsourced. for ex. an insurance
company can hire some another company to do it's janitorial
or landscaping works with more efficiency and in a
stipulated time because the hired company is specialized in
doing that work.
Outsourcing of work is done with the view that,
a)it save cost of the company.
b)work are performed efficiently and within a given time frame.
c)work can be done from any geographical location.

I would say its a process of outsourcing the business.
and it is quite common that most of the folks knew, its a
call center or a customer services agency where service
agents interact with customers and customers interact with
service agents (it could also be expressed as INBOUND AND
OUTBOUND interaction process, where people get calls and
make calls on any business needs "it could be computer
troubleshooting, problem solving, business product selling
and more the business needs" all that matters here is
solving the customer query or selling the business product
with the better customer satisfaction.

divided into two modules customer support and tech
support.in customer support there would be two process in
bound&outbound.in inbound process clients will make calls
enquiry about the desired information which they are
looking for.while coming to the outbound process it is
completely a sales process where in we have to make calls
to the customer and convince them to buy our products.
and in tech support we have two
process one is voice based and another one is non-
voice.generally in voice basis process clients will call us
and ask queries related to there technical problems
(generally trouble shooting).well coming to the non voice
