Writing a personnel calculation rule in the Schema.
1) Try to know more knowledge on operations and rules and
the behavior of the same.
2) Also try to get more acquainted with knowledge on each
operation parameters and values.
3) When an operation is used, try to know what return value
will it fetch for query.
4) Try to know how to do mathematical calculations using
these operations.
5) Know more on flexible operations of AMT, RTE, and NUM.
6) Also try to concentrate on HRS operation, which helps a
lot in meeting requirement.

Hi, Could any one please explain various business scenarios handled in sap.THis was the question i was asked in the interview i explained to an extent but he is not satisfied. Secondly if a person is terminated what will happen to data how long it will be maintained in the master data? Thirdly if a person is in contract is made to permanent what are the transactions carried out? If a person is terminated whether his data is deleted immediately.
