We have to deal all customers/clients with politeness. If a 
person is not satisfied or he is behaving unreasonable, 
then only work will satisfy him. Customer satisfaction is 
panacea for such tricky customer.

behind every strange behaviour ther lies a reason he/she 
may be irritated due to either getiing things delayed or 
due to no response to her in the office  so first of all 
one has to know the reason and then carefully solve it
