It depends on process to process & place to place as IBM 
have many centre in India.
but..they will ask you one Question which is very common
Tell me something abt ur self ??
then if u r clear with that..they will send u for online 
round..its a very easy grammer test.
then they will ask U some basic computer Quistion...then 
the interivew will be cleared..

there are 3 rounds.......... 1st round talk about any topic...
2nd round aptitude test.... and 3rd is final hr

There are four rounds, 1: Personal introduction, 2: Voice
and accent on phone, 3: Technical test, 4: HR final round.

you have 5 rounds

1. Hr round: ask about your profile and they also see check
your thoughts and English language usage.
2.Technical round: they ask you to go through your resume
and they ask you basic n/w, hardware, operating system
questions. sometimes they may ask you how good are you at
computer..depending upon that they will shoot the questions.

3.Operation round: all the questions will be in general and
tricky ..something about ur achievements, ur goal, ur
weakness ur assets..so on.

4.voice and accent round
5.Final Hr round.
