smart work is working with mind whereas hard work is working
with heart.

smart work means completing given work in less time by 
applying new ideas where as hard work means completing work 
in given time,always a organisation expect smart work from 
people

Smart work is the work done with intelligence. it means 
work will complete in a short time. Hard work is the work 
to be done with concentration. it means work will complete 
in a given time. So every work should need both smart work 
and hard work.

hard work & smart work is like ordinary & extra ordinary 
where results are same but smart work always appericiate.
